You can now pay your statement online by registering for our Patient Portal.


  • Please keep in mind your patient portal must be activated before you can pay your statement. It may take up to one business day for your registration to be verified.
  • If you are using an HSA (Heath Savings Account) card and would like an itemized receipt for your transaction, please email your request to [email protected]
  • Payments on account can be made using online bill pay, however if a balance is not paid within 30 days and no payment arrangement is in place you may incur a re-billing fee. Please see our billing policy for more information.
