You can now pay your statement online by registering for our Patient Portal.
Please keep in mind your patient portal must be activated before you can pay your statement. It may take up to one business day for your registration to be verified.
If you are using an HSA (Heath Savings Account) card and would like an itemized receipt for your transaction, please email your request to email@example.com.
Payments on account can be made using online bill pay, however if a balance is not paid within 30 days and no payment arrangement is in place you may incur a re-billing fee. Please see our billing policy for more information.
